Mr. Kozlansky was a pleasure to work with, scheduling was very easy and prompt, and the cleaning was thorough. He explained what he was doing and ho to reduce creosote buildup. Mr. Kozlansky also put down drop cloth to keep the carpet clean. Very happy with Complete Chimney service, have had them do the annual cleaning several times.

Thank goodness for Mike! When he came out to inspect our chimney, he showed us how dangerous the wood burning fireplace in our rental property had become. We had renters arriving in a matter of days and had to act fast, and Mike came through for us in a big way! I found a brand new insert available but couldn't pick it up. Mike and his son picked it up and installed it just in time! They are respectful, kind and their work is impeccable! We are having them install another insert in our other property. We discovered during the summer that the flue for our furnace was damaged and was not drawing properly, a dangerous situation. We contacted Mike at Complete Chimney Service based on Angies List reviews. Mike came out quickly and provided an estimate within a few days, which we felt was reasonable and which was lower than another contractor we contacted. The work was begun a few weeks later and they did a great job, Mike and his son Arian working late to get us back hot water and heat the same day they began the job.
